Underage Buyers

Any customers purchasing PAINTBALL GUNS or PYROTECHNICS know and except our policy on age. ALL customers purchasing PAINTBALL GUNS AND PYROTECHNICS MUST be 18 years of age or have parental consent to do so. By buying off this site you accept these terms of use.

 

Product Orders

Any orders are placed through this website and are subject to OREGON PAINTBALL acceptance. This means that OREGON PAINTBALL can refuse to accept or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed for not and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, OREGON PAINTBALL will issue you a refund to the amount that has been charged to the card. Customers ording smoke grenades understand that all smoke grenades are none refundable.

 

Customers placing orders via phone agree to these terms and conditions along with OREGON PAINTBALL Privacy Policy. Customers placing orders via phone also agree to be automatically signed up as a member to receive our monthly email updates containing new styles, offers, discounts, and promotions that may be happening. Customers placing order via phone may use promotional codes and gift cards. Checks that are returned will have a $25 fee assessed to them. OREGON PAINTBALL also reserves the right to call and confirm funds are available. All orders placed online or via phone are subjec to our Return Policy. Please note some returns may resuilt in store credit.

 

Shortage claims must be reported within 6 days of the order being sent. PayPal orders where the payment has not settlement may delay shipments until payment has cleared.

Buyback

Customers selling items to OREGON PAINTBALL understand that they are releasing ownership of the item to OREGON PAINTBALL for the agreed upon price and agree to all OREGON PAINTBALL terms and conditions. Customers also understand that items severely damaged may not receive the maximum amount back.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility when emailing photos to make sure they are as accurate as possible as this can affect the buyback price.

 

Refurbished

By purchasing any refurbished marker you agree to the terms, conditions and policies stated under such sections. We advise customers to read all policies before purchasing any of our products.

 

Consumer’s Promises and Assurances

In order to keep this Contract in forces during its term, You must maintain the Product in accordance with the service requirements set forth by the manufacture’s specifications, including cleaning and maintenance. You must promise and assure (1) full cooperation with the Administrator, technicians, and authorized services during diagnosis and repair of the Product; (2) accessibility of the Product; (3) that the Product is not used for business or commercial purposes; and (4) that You will provide written notice of any defect or deficiency in service within 90 days of discovery.

 

Rental

Customers who are renting from OREGON PAINTBALL receive 4 standard days until their rental package expires. Customer’s time does not start until the customer has received the items; once received their 4 days starts. If the athlete wishes he/she may purchase additional days to rent their package. As long as the rental package has been shipped back to OREGON PAINTBALL on a day within your rental period there is no late fee. However if you ship the package outside your rental period you will be charged $10 for every day the rental package was late. For example if you receive your rental package on the 1st of the month you must ship it back to us by the 4th. If it is shipped on the 5th you will receive a $10 late fee for being late 1 day. Customers may purchase a return label at the time of checkout that will come with the rental items.

 

Please note: Customers are not charged for the shipping time.

 

By renting from OREGON PAINTBALL the customer is accepting these terms and conditions include the terms of our waiver/release of liability and our rental form. All waivers and forms will be sent with the rental items.

 

Breakage Protection

Customers can choose to purchase breakage protection which will protect them from charges if something should break during a game. It protects the customer against scratches, dents, parts breaking, etc. The only thing that breakage protection does not cover is missing items, parts that have been swapped for customer’s old parts, or marker electronics (pertains to Bob Long and MacDev markers.)

 

Additions

Customers can also add breakage protection to any additional items they ordered. This ensures any items that are added to your order are protected and you will not be charged for any damages.

 

Services

Customers understand that those purchasing a Lifetime Preventative Maintenance will only be allowed 1 maintenance check a month. And that OREGON PAINTBALL is not held liable for small scratches, nicks, dings, or marks that may happened during service (rarely). Customers will be contacted immediately after finding said mark. OREGON PAINTBALL will provide the best customer service and professional support.

 

All repair services provided by OREGON PAINTBALL are covered by under our warranties as stated in OREGON PAINTBALL Service Agreements. Customers are required to provide original receipt and warranties for products being serviced under warranty.

 

What Repair Warranties do NOT Cover

This Repair Service Warranty does not cover problems resulting from abuse, the unauthorized modification or alteration of our product, problems resulting from the addition of aftermarket products and scratches or minor superficial imperfections. Due to the nature of the products it is important that the product be maintained by the user as indicated in the product manual to remain in good operating condition.

 

Your Repair Service Warranty will be void if you fail to maintain the product as recommended in the product instruction manual. In addition, certain parts of a product may be subject to wear through regular usage. Replacement and repair of such parts is the responsibility of the user throughout the life of the product. These parts are not covered under the Repair Service Warranty. Examples of this type of part include (but are not limited to) goggle lens, straps, O-ring seals, cup seals, springs, ball d’tentes, batteries, hoses, drive belts, gears and any part of a product subject to continuous impact from paintballs.

 

Repair Service Warranties do not cover incidental or consequential damages unless covered by our Shield Protection or Extended Warranty.

 

If you should encounter any problems with your product and you have added aftermarket parts on your product, please test it with the original stock parts before sending it in.

 

Always unload and remove air supply before shipping markers. Do not ship your air supply tank if it is not completely empty. Shipping a pressurized air system is unsafe and unlawful. Remove all batteries from products prior to shipping.
