Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 15 days from the shipping date. Products must be unused and unopened and in their original packaging to receive a refund or exchange. If any factory seals have been broken on the box Oregon Paintball will NOT qualify you for a refund or exchange. Oregon Paintball will NOT accept returns with evidence of excessive wear, misuse, or alteration. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size and color only, if available. If you do not have your original packing list please provide the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return. Please note some returns may result in store credit or may not be able to be refunded. Orders missing product must be reported within 6 days after receiving it.

 

All service contracts, extended warranties, and shields purchased through Oregon Paintball are none refundable, exceptions do apply.

 

Oregon Paintball sells many "New Old" stock products and parts. This stock is considered DEAD STOCK and is not returnable or exchangable. Exceptions to apply so for details on if a product can be returned on exchanged on older products or parts please Contact Us.

 

Note: Shipping fees, pyrotechics, paintballs, lubricants, air gauges, used poppet tops and cartridges cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Your return will be processed within 3-7 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 2-3 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

 

Some returns maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Special Order

Oregon Paintball offers customers the ability to customize and personalize their orders. All special order sales are final. These are custom built for the customer and not stocked on hand. This also applies to markers being anodized and sold to a customers specific color.

 

Clearance Products

Oregon Paintball offers items on clearance. Clearance products are products from previous seasons and or discontinued and sold at a discounted rate. All items in the clearance section are none refundable and cannot be exchanged.
